Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order in the following ways:
- My Account: Log in to your account and go to "My Orders" to view real-time tracking status.
- Courier Website: Use the tracking number on the courier partner's website for detailed tracking.
- WhatsApp: Message us your order number on WhatsApp for quick status updates.
- DressForge Orders: Track each production stage with photos and updates directly in your order detail page.
Shipping Partners
We work with India's leading logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our shipping partners include Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post. The most suitable carrier is selected based on your location and order weight to ensure the fastest delivery.
Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Garments are folded with tissue paper, placed in branded dust bags (for premium items), and shipped in tamper-proof packaging. Fragile items like jewellery and accessories receive additional protective packaging.
International Shipping
Standard international shipping is currently not available through our website. If you are located outside India, please contact us directly at orders@polkadots.studio and we will arrange special international shipping at actual courier costs. International orders are prepaid only and may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in your country.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, here is what to do:
- Delayed Delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, do not accept delivery (if possible). If already accepted, take photos of the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
- Wrong Product: If you receive a different product than ordered, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange free pickup and send the correct product at no additional cost.
- Undeliverable Address: If the courier is unable to deliver to your address after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
