Orders & Shipping
Browse our shop, select your desired product, choose your size, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping address, select a payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS with your order number and tracking details.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,999. For orders below that, Standard Delivery (5-7 business days) costs Rs. 99, Express Delivery (2-3 business days) costs Rs. 199, and Same Day Delivery within Mumbai costs Rs. 349. International shipping is available at actual courier costs — contact us for a quote.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order from your account dashboard under "My Orders". For DressForge orders, you get real-time stage-by-stage tracking with photos and updates from artisans.
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not entered the "Processing" stage. For custom or DressForge orders, cancellations are accepted only if the fabric has not been cut. Contact our support team immediately for any modifications.
Custom Design
Submit your design idea through our Custom Design page — you can upload reference images, describe your vision, and select your preferred fabrics. Our design team will create a digital sketch, share it with you for approval, and once confirmed, our artisans will bring it to life with real-time progress updates.
Not at all! With our AI-powered MeasureMe tool, you can get accurate measurements from home. Combine that with virtual consultations via video call, and the entire custom order process can be completed online. Of course, you are always welcome to visit our Mumbai studio for an in-person experience.
Timelines vary by complexity. A simple kurta or blouse takes 7-10 days, while an embroidered lehenga or sherwani can take 3-6 weeks. For wedding orders, we recommend placing your order at least 4-6 weeks in advance. Rush orders are available at an additional charge.
We maintain a curated library of over 2,000 fabrics sourced directly from Varanasi, Surat, Kanchipuram, and Jaipur — including pure silks, Banarasi brocades, organza, georgette, cotton, linen, and premium polyester blends. Fabric swatches can be mailed to you before you finalize your order.
MeasureMe
MeasureMe is our AI-powered measurement tool that uses your phone camera to capture accurate body measurements in just 5 minutes. Simply follow the on-screen guide, take 2 photos in form-fitting clothing, and our AI algorithm generates your complete measurement profile with accuracy within 1-2 cm of professional tailoring measurements.
No special equipment is needed — just a smartphone with a camera and a well-lit room. While having a friend take the photos helps, you can also use our guided self-capture mode with a phone timer. Wear form-fitting clothing for best results.
MeasureMe has been trained on thousands of body types and validated against professional tailor measurements. It achieves accuracy within 1-2 cm for most body types. For extra precision, you can also manually enter or adjust measurements in your profile after the AI scan.
Your privacy is our top priority. Measurement photos are processed in real-time using on-device and server-side AI, and are permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours. Only the extracted numerical measurements are stored in your encrypted profile — never the images themselves.
Payments
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders under Rs. 5,000. EMI options are available on select cards for orders above Rs. 3,000. All payments are processed through RBI-compliant gateways.
Yes, COD is available for orders up to Rs. 5,000 at a nominal handling fee of Rs. 40. COD is not available for custom-made orders, DressForge orders, or international shipments. Prepaid orders enjoy free shipping on lower thresholds.
Yes! EMI options are available on credit cards from major banks for orders above Rs. 3,000. No-cost EMI is available on select products during promotional events. For DressForge orders, we also offer milestone-based payments — pay a portion upfront and the rest at each stage approval.
If an amount was debited but the order was not confirmed, the refund is automatically initiated within 24 hours. UPI and wallet refunds are typically instant. Card and bank refunds may take 5-7 additional banking days. Contact our support with transaction details if the refund does not appear within 7 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for ready-made products in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Custom-made, DressForge, altered, and innerwear items are not eligible for returns. To initiate a return, go to "My Orders" in your account dashboard.
Absolutely! We offer easy exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. Select "Exchange" instead of "Return" when initiating the process from your account. Exchange shipments are always free of charge, and the replacement is shipped within 2-3 business days.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. UPI and wallet refunds are instant; credit/debit card refunds take 5-7 additional banking days. You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated. COD refunds go to your bank account or as Polka Points (your choice).
Custom-made products, DressForge orders, altered or hemmed items, innerwear, products without original tags, used or washed items, and items returned after the 7-day window are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace or refund regardless of these restrictions.
DressForge
DressForge is our revolutionary collaborative platform where you build your dream outfit step by step. Unlike regular custom orders, you choose specialized artisan partners for each stage (fabric selection, cutting, stitching, embroidery, finishing), approve each stage with photos before the next begins, and track the entire process in real-time. Think of it as watching your outfit come to life.
Step 1: Choose a template or describe your design. Step 2: Select your fabric from our curated collection. Step 3: Pick artisan partners for each production stage. Step 4: Approve each stage with photos and feedback before the next stage begins. Step 5: Receive your completed masterpiece with doorstep delivery!
Minor adjustments can be requested at each stage approval point — that is the beauty of the approval workflow. Major design changes after a stage is completed may incur additional costs and extend timelines. You can communicate directly with artisan partners through the built-in messaging system on your order tracker page.
Since DressForge orders are custom-made to your specifications with your approval at every stage, they are not eligible for standard returns. However, if there is a significant quality issue or deviation from your approved design, we will remake or refund the affected stage. Our quality assurance team mediates any disputes.
